Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, acting as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients.

You will also support bookkeeping and payroll needs, collaborate with a team of specialists, and grow TurboTax’s local presence through proactive outreach and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for multiple clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per tax year.
• Willingness to upskill in bookkeeping and QuickBooks integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, including complex situations.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s financial picture and recommend Intuit solutions.
• Promote bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services to address client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Act as a local TurboTax ambassador and grow client relationships in the community.
