Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and strategic tax guidance for individuals and business entities, while growing the local client base and delivering a superior customer experience. You will collaborate with a team, support bookkeeping and payroll needs, and act as the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with the community and leveraging Intuit resources

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per tax year.
• 3+ seasons of business tax return preparation experience for at least 20 clients per season.
• General knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round tax guidance for small businesses desired.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at TurboTax locations.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and Front-facing retail environment experience.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and engage in local community marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and related specialists to deliver a seamless service.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and drive client loyalty.
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts and community events.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via Intuit video tools.
