Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship location experts to provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, offering expert tax advice, planning services, and software support.

You will own client relationships, deliver tax strategy, and coordinate with bookkeeping/Payroll specialists when needed. You'll grow TurboTax's local client base, leverage Intuit marketing, and act as a trusted community ambassador while ensuring a seamless multi-service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with 30 tax returns per tax year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill with QuickBooks.
• Experience with business tax returns and providing year-round tax guidance.
• Must reside within the United States and have or obtain related state licenses/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients (consumer and business).
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and provide future planning advice.
• Collaborate with team to deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via digital tools.
