Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks talented individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States as on-site Business Tax Experts. You will deliver full-service tax prep and expert tax guidance to individuals and various business entities, while building lasting client relationships.

You will work with a team of specialists in bookkeeping and payroll to ensure a seamless client experience, and you will engage with the local community to grow TurboTax’s presence and client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience (30 returns/year)
• Strong knowledge of federal/state tax rules and forms
• Experience preparing business tax returns (e.g., 1065, 1120-S) for multiple clients
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax store and engaging with customers in person

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients, including complex cases
• Develop deep understanding of client financials and offer proactive guidance
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists to support accounting needs
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support
