Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, acting as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you’ll own client relationships, offer proactive tax guidance, and collaborate with bookkeeping teammates for payroll and related services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for multiple clients per season using commercial tax software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience (min. 30 returns per year) in a practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, including complex situations and planning.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and integrate with Intuit solutions across services.
• Build and maintain client relationships, delivering a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
