Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts.

On-site, you will deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, while building lasting client relationships and contributing to community engagement. As the central relationship owner, you will guide clients through complex tax scenarios, offer planning advice, and collaborate with bookkeeping

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax prep experience preparing federal and state returns (e.g., 1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax prep experience, with at least 30 returns per tax year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Develop a full financial picture of clients and offer year-round tax planning guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and marketing support.
• Serve as central relationship owner across bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
