Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and channel partners. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to implementation, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service agreements.

Regular travel to client sites is expected to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. The role requires strong negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales quotas.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.

• Prepare executive summaries for client presentations and drive renewal discussions.
