Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a results-driven Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and channel partners. You will own the full sales cycle, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service agreements while maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast.

This role requires proactive prospecting, strategic client engagement, and regular travel to client sites and events to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent as preferred.
• At least two years’ sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sale support.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Travel domestically to client sites, conferences, and events.
