Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated territory. The role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, including post-sale and implementation steps.

You will negotiate pricing and scope, complete required paperwork, maintain an accurate pipeline, and meet monthly and quarterly quotas. Frequent domestic travel and client-facing presentations are integral to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast; achieve sales quotas.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with prospective clients, finalize service agreements.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings during implementation; provide updates.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities and progress.
