Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle. This on-site role requires proactive prospecting, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel domestically as needed.

You will drive revenue growth, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred sales experience.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, partners, and self-generated leads.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of services with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast; achieve monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
