Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and drive revenue growth in a dynamic, global environment.

You will build relationships, conduct strategic planning, and use Salesforce to track activities, while traveling domestically to client sites and events. This on-site role requires strong negotiation and communication skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proactive and highly motivated to develop new business and meet targets.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Develop lead generation strategies and effectively use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including post-sale and implementation processes.
• Frequent domestic travel to attend meetings, visits and events.
