Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new opportunities, own the sales cycle, and close deals. This on-site role requires proactive prospecting, accurate forecasting, and strong client negotiations to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

You will use Salesforce to manage leads and prepare executive summaries, with frequent domestic travel to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; at least two years' sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast; meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients.
• Prepare concise executive summaries for client presentations.
• Use CRM to track activities and client communications.
• Travel domestically to attend client visits, events, and trainings.
