Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new opportunities. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and manage post-sale implementations using CRM tools to keep accurate forecasts.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, a track record of revenue growth, and the ability to work cross-functionally to meet client needs. Frequent domestic travel to client sites and events is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of services with clients.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM.
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Travel domestically to client sites, events, and meetings.
