Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated opportunities. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service agreements.

Responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, and conducting regular client meetings during implementation.

Qualifications

• Proactive, highly motivated with a focus on sales goals.
• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Expand knowledge of industry trends, products, and broker practices.
• Conduct analysis and planning of products and services to meet client needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
