Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in the United States seeks a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners and self-generated leads. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service agreements.

You will maintain a robust sales pipeline, use Salesforce to track activities, and regularly meet monthly and quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; at least two years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service; finalize client service agreements.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activities and develop lead generation strategies.
