Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated prospects. You will own the full sales cycle, negotiating pricing and service scope, completing paperwork, and finalizing client agreements.

Responsibilities include scheduling regular client meetings, generating leads, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline to hit monthly and quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Expand knowledge of industry trends, products, and broker practices.
• Analyze products and services to tailor to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct regular client meetings during implementation.
• Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Travel domestically as required for client visits and meetings.
