Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Branch Sales Associate on a part-time basis (20–29+ hrs/wk, 1st shift, M-F) to serve walk-in customers and support warehouse tasks. You will manage customer experiences, assist with product selection, and ensure accurate order entry and safe loading of customer vehicles on shift.

This role requires flexibility within branch hours and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will also learn and operate multiple computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities,

Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site at Grainger branch.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience from product selection and order entry to safely loading customer vehicles.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage loyalty.
• Adapt communication style across email, phone, or in person.
