You will report to the Store Manager and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires flexibility, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to operate various computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier with assistance.
• Learn and operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, accurate order entry, and safely loading customer vehicle.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders/shipping product.
• Prepare backorders and put away stock received.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Learn multiple computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain branch appearance and safety compliance.
