Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Operations Intern who is a current junior or senior pursuing a Finance or Business focus. This 100% onsite program gives hands-on exposure to loan processing, customer service, compliance training, and branch operations, with potential for full-time employment after graduation.

You will learn through accelerated training, participate in regional meetings, and explore various career paths within the company while working 18–20 hours per week and earning

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet background and drug screen requirements.
• Eligible for insurance licensing for voluntary products.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan process steps.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Spend time with managers to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops as available.
• Contribute to process-improvement projects in Branch Ops.
• Explore corporate roles related to audit, compliance, and training.
