Job summary

Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for college juniors and seniors pursuing a degree in Business or Finance. You will learn loan processes, regulatory training, and the day-to-day branch operations while working closely with the team and leadership.

The internship provides hands-on experience in origination, processing, closings, and funding, plus exposure to potential career paths within the Republic Finance organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Willing to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Eligible for state insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan processes and regulatory training through accelerated program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Shadow manager and regional VP to understand promotion paths.
• Attend regional meetings to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Participate in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
