Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors in Business or Finance. The role is 100% onsite and provides hands-on experience in loan processes, compliance training, and branch operations.

You will support loan origination, processing, closings and funding while learning from branch leaders and regional VPs. The program aims to transition interns to full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a current junior or senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, reliable with a strong work ethic and good communication.
• Able to commit to 18–20 hours per week during the program.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment licensing requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and the loan process through hands-on activities.
• Assist in origination, processing, closings and funding of loans.
• Attend regional meetings and learn about promotional paths within Republic Finance.
• Work with various departments to understand corporate initiatives and process improvements.
• Prepare files for doc prep and ensure compliance training is completed.
