Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking Junior or Senior college students for an on-site Branch Operations Internship. You will learn the daily branch operations and gain real-world exposure to lending, compliance, and regional projects.

The program pays $15.00 per hour with a path to full-time employment after graduation. This role focuses on hands-on experience and future career paths within Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week and meet background/credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training through the Assistant Branch Manager Program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Attend regional meetings and participate in branch operations improvement projects.
