Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking Junior or Senior students for a Branch Operations Internship. This 100% onsite program offers hands-on exposure to loan processes, compliance training, and regional operations while preparing you for a future in finance and branch leadership.

You will learn to support loan origination, processing, closings, and funding, while interacting with managers and regional leadership to understand career paths within Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and the Republic Way sales and customer service approach.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities; prep and audit files.
• Attend regional meetings and participate in process improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
