Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Ops Internship for current college juniors or seniors pursuing business or finance. You will learn branch operations, loan processes, and regulatory training while working with a Mentored team and participating in real projects across departments.

The program pays $15.00 per hour, with the goal of offering full-time employment after graduation. This role is designed to develop skills and provide a clear career path within Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for background checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility to meet insurance licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and participate in an accelerated Assistant Branch Manager Program.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including doc prep and auditing.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore opportunities in corporate roles requiring branch experience.
