Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking Branch Operations Interns for an onsite program. You will learn daily branch operations, sales and customer service approaches, compliance training, loan closings, and leadership development. The internship aims to transition to full-time after graduation.

This 100% onsite program offers hands-on experience, exposure to corporate branches, and opportunities across Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting, and more within Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing after background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process, regulatory training, and the Republic Way.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Allocate files for doc prep and audit closed files.
• Attend regional meetings to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Explore process improvement projects and potential career paths within Republic Finance.
