Qualifications

• Must be a current college student in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Willing to learn about loan processes, compliance, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and complete accelerated Assistant Branch Manager training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, including file prep and audits.
• Learn promotional paths by spending time with management leaders.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Support process improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
