Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking Branch Ops Interns to learn the day-to-day functions of a U.S. branch and gain exposure to loan processing, compliance, and operations.

The program focuses on sales, customer service, and continuous improvement projects within a growing consumer-lending company. Interns will rotate through learning experiences and leadership interactions, with hands-on exposure to regional operations and potential full-time opportunities post-graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass background/credit checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet insurance licensing eligibility requirements per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan process through hands-on activities.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Learn from Manager and Regional VP about responsibilities and potential career paths at Republic Finance.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Participate in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
