Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an on-site Branch Operations Intern for a hands-on finance internship focused on learning day-to-day branch operations and the broader organization. You will interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience in sales, customer service, compliance, loan processes, and leadership training.

Interns work 18–20 hours weekly, earn $15.00 per hour, and may be considered for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements and licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and lending processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding tasks.
• Prepare files for doc prep and funding.
• Observe and participate in regional meetings and workshops.
• Engage in branch operations improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
