Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Ops Intern program that provides hands-on exposure to loan origination, processing, closings, and funding, all in an on-site environment.

You will receive regulatory training and learn the Republic Way sales and customer service approach while exploring branch operations and continuous improvement projects. The internship aims to lead to full-time opportunities after graduation and gives exposure to various departments within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Eligible to obtain insurance licensing per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes including origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Assist in regulatory training and loan file preparation.
• Spend time with Manager/Regional VP to understand promotion paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Participate in process-improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
