Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking a Branch Operations Intern for an onsite program designed for current juniors or seniors majoring in Business or Finance. The internship provides hands-on exposure to daily branch functions, loan closing, compliance training and regional operations

You will learn through hands-on tasks, interact with leaders, and participate in process improvement projects, with the goal of transitioning to full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Available to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pass background check and drug screen; eligible for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process, regulatory training, and branch operations.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding.
• Shadow managers to understand career paths within Republic Finance.
• Attend regional meetings to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
