Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking Branch Ops Interns for an on-site internship program in Florida. You will learn daily branch operations, from loan processing to closing, while gaining exposure to the wider organization and career paths within Republic Finance.

You will work 18–20 hours per week as a Junior or Senior pursuing a Business/Finance degree, with an emphasis on learning regulatory training, sales, customer service, and potential licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet standards for criminal background, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet insurance licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a Republic Finance branch.
• Participate in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings activities.
• Work with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Engage in branch operations process improvement projects and learn corporate roles.
