Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass background, credit, and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible for insurance licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and how a branch runs within Republic Finance.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding activities.
• Observe loan processes, compliance training, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued.
