Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking Branch Operations Interns for an onsite program in Beaumont, TX. You will learn daily branch operations, customer service approaches, loan processes, and regulatory training while gaining real-world experience across the organization.

You will be paid $15.00 per hour with the potential for full-time employment after graduation. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, leadership training, and exposure to cross-department collaboration within a growing consumer

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Eligible for insurance licensing.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Learn the loan process and regulatory training; assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings; allocate files for doc prep and audit closed files.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotion path and career potential at Republic Finance.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about one or more Branch Operations process improvement related projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are valuable (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting). Access to benefits overview during program.
