Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking a Branch Operations Intern in Texas to learn the daily branch functions and broader organizational operations. This 100% onsite program targets juniors and seniors in Business or Finance, offering hands-on experience in loan origination, processing, closings and funding, plus leadership exposure and a path to full-time employment after graduation.

You will work with the team to understand regulatory training, the Republic Way, and several cross-department projects,

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for background and credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training through an accelerated program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding including file allocation and audits.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn about Branch Operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch experience is valuable.
