Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions seeks a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate to work onsite at a hospital in Greeley, CO, with a Tue-Sat 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule. You will guide uninsured patients through eligibility for federal/state aid and assist with the application process at bedside.

You will document progress in MPower, coordinate with hospital staff, and ensure timely follow-up while communicating in English and Spanish, providing compassionate, patient-centered support.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with hospital patients is helpful.
• Strong communication and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients at bedside for eligibility.
• Complete and follow through on applications until approved.
• Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital systems.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, case managers, and social workers.
• Maintain timely contact with applicants and agencies.
