Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate to assist uninsured hospital patients with applying for financial assistance programs. The role is 100% onsite at a hospital in Bel Air, MD, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30-5:00.

You will screen patients, guide them through federal/state program applications, and coordinate with hospital staff to ensure timely approvals and follow-up.

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Hospital experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Screen uninsured hospital patients at bedside for eligibility for federal, state, and county programs.
• Complete and follow through on applications until approved.
• Document cases in MPower and hospital systems accurately and timely.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Attend ongoing trainings to stay updated on program rules and regulations.
• Maintain structured contact with applicants and government agencies by phone when possible.
