Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is hiring a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate to help uninsured hospital patients navigate Medicaid and disability programs at the bedside, in person, in English and Spanish. This onsite role places you in a hospital setting, meeting patients where they are and guiding them through eligibility and enrollment steps with empathy.

You will complete applications, document cases, and collaborate with hospital staff to ensure timely, accurate processing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior hospital experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent communication.
• Ability to navigate hospital systems and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured patients at bedside for eligibility.
• Complete applications and follow through to approval.
• Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Participate in ongoing trainings and maintain the work queue.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and case managers.
