Elevate Patient Financial Solutions in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate to guide uninsured hospital patients through financial assistance programs. This full-time role is located onsite at a hospital with a Monday–Friday schedule and daytime hours.

You will conduct bedside screenings, complete applications, and coordinate with hospital staff and government programs in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate hospital environments.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients at bedside to determine eligibility for federal/state programs.
• Complete and follow through on applications until approved.
• Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital systems.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Coordinate with hospital staff, case managers, and social workers.
