Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal/external stakeholders.
• Prior AV industry experience preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive pricing and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Data and system management to track opportunities, inventory, and records.
• Prepare accurate quotes, secure freight costs, and process orders and payments.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure pricing and maximize margins on BOMs.
• Ensure quotes comply with procurement contracts and manage bid submissions.
• Provide timely logistics updates and follow up on orders and repairs.
