Job summary

Visual Sound is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager for our Live and Virtual Events Department in Broomall, PA. This onsite role focuses on generating new business for our AV production and staging services, while supporting existing clients.

The ideal candidate has extensive B2B/B2C sales experience in hospitality and events, a hunter mentality, and a proven ability to secure contracts with venues and corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B/B2C sales experience in hospitality/hotel sectors and Fortune 100/500 businesses.
• Ability to sell live events and virtual/hybrid technology; AV knowledge is a plus.
• Past prospecting, outside sales and cold-calling experience.

Responsibilities

• Contacting and meeting with clients to generate new business.
• Securing contracts in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Developing exclusive contracts with venues and preferred partners.
• Submitting accurate sales orders and notes to processing staff.
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Attending site visits and venue meetings to support events.
• Participating in industry events and tradeshows.
• Meeting or exceeding all company sales goals and objectives.
