Job summary

Visual Sound is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Rep for our headquarters in Broomall, PA. This onsite role supports Account Managers, grows VSI's client base, and promotes company services through prospecting, bids, and renewals.

The ideal candidate has experience in AV tech, inside sales, business development, and customer service, with the ability to engage decision-makers and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and customer service is required.
• Ability to prospect, cold-call potential clients, and build a pipeline.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business revenue by soliciting and securing orders for AV services.
• Develop sales opportunities by identifying potential leads and niches.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, monitor competition and market trends.
• Conduct cold calls and email outreach to decision-makers and follow-ups.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline focused on recurring revenue and renewals.
• Record activities and orders in CRM; forecast outcomes and results.
• Collaborate with technical, service, and sales teams to meet targets.
• Support account managers and assist in contract renewals.
