Visual Sound is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Rep for our headquarters in Broomall, PA. This onsite role supports Account Managers, grows VSI's client base, and promotes company services through prospecting, bids, and renewals.

The ideal candidate has experience in AV tech, inside sales, business development, and customer service, with the ability to engage decision-makers and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new business revenue by soliciting and securing orders for AV services.

Description

Visual Sound is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Rep for our headquarters in Broomall, PA. This onsite role is responsible for assisting our Account Managers, growing VSI's client base, promoting company services, prospecting, reviewing bids, finding opportunities for new business, contract renewals, and servicing existing accounts.

The ideal candidate would have experience with audio-visual technology, inside sales and business development, and customer service.

Please be advised that this role is fully onsite. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Generating new business revenue for AV services by solicitating and obtaining orders
• Developing sales opportunities by investigating and identifying potential leads
• Building strong rapport, preparing quotes & proposals, researching competition and industry trends
• Conducting cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to decision-makers
• Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline focused on recurring revenue
• Answering email and phone inquiries, entering customer information, and filling orders
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborating with our technical, service, and sales departments
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM systems, tracking activities, and forecasting

Position Requirements

• Prior experience in B2B sales, customer service, outbound prospecting, and cold calling
• Assisting our account management team within our Command and Control department
• Strong understanding of AV technologies preferred
• Maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Hungry to sell and close - comfortable engaging with decision-makers
• Excellent oral, written communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge dealing with contract renewals
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products/services based on a customer's needs
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
