Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Technical PM in Mountain View, CA to drive end-to-end integration projects. You will manage scope, budget, safety, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with clients on new offices and expansions.

Experience deploying IT infrastructure such as AV systems, networking gear, and structured cabling is essential. You will also oversee vendor relationships, conduct QBRs, contract renewals, and ensure smooth collaboration with other teams across sites.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of Project Management experience in a technology company, with construction-related exposure.
• Experience overseeing structured cabling design and vendor installation from implementation to first day of business.
• Proven deployment of IT infrastructure including AV systems and networking equipment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver on-time, on-budget solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects through delivery, directing the project team and coordinating stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and standards for scheduled projects and define milestones.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress toward milestones.
• Lead regular technical project meetings to address questions and challenges.
