Job summary

Network Cabling Services, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Project Manager (AV) to lead AV installation projects at client sites. You will manage planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams, read technical drawings, and supervise AV subs. A strong PM mindset and field leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in AV installation or related project management.
• Strong knowledge of AV signal flow, networks, and AV-over-IP.
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, and conferencing platforms.
• Ability to read drawings and construction documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; PM tools proficiency.
• OSHA certification preferred or willingness to obtain; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site operations for AV installation projects and serve as main client contact.
• Oversee installation of AV systems (displays, sound, control, conferencing).
• Own schedules and milestones; proactively flag risks.
• Conduct site walks and ensure jobsite readiness.
• Read AV drawings to guide installation.
• Supervise subcontractors and crews; ensure quality checks.
