Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for career advancement.
• 4+ years of audio visual and customer service/hospitality experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily floor activities and workflow of technicians to ensure equipment and services are delivered on time and as specified by clients and the hotel.
• Provides direct supervision of team members including scheduling and time keeping.
• Ensures billing is reviewed and approved by clients, and informs leadership of potential challenges.
• Maintains daily equipment sheets and updates inventory control procedures.
• Attends BEO, Pre-Cons, and pre-production meetings as needed.
• Deligates tasks as appropriate and mentors staff to deliver high service levels.
• Reviews quotes and recommends cost efficiencies in line with SOPs.
• Supervises staff to maximize revenue via on-site upselling and exceptional client relations.
