Oversee service and technical support for Henkel products at a major automotive OEM.
Perform daily tests and quality audits to ensure processes meet specifications.
Record results and report to customer management.
Communicate effectively with plant personnel at all levels.
Develop account management, service and sales support strategies to cultivate new business.
Provide technical and product management support across multiple technology platforms.
Champion site continuous-improvement projects for process efficiencies.
Daily troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with internal/external sales teams and customers.
Interact daily with customers at all organizational levels.
