Henkel is seeking a Field Service professional to advise customers on adhesive solutions, demonstrate products, and troubleshoot issues on-site or remotely. The role involves coordinating with sales and technical teams, conducting technical visits, and training customers and field staff to ensure optimal application performance.

The position emphasizes driving customer value, leveraging digital tools, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within an on-site Illinois operation.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to troubleshoot technically for on-site or phone
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation including holidays
• Experience using digital tools and business systems to support field service
• Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement principles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for project coordination
• Ability to develop and deliver technical training and coaching
• Collaborative mindset across operations, sales and marketing
• Customer-focused approach delivering safe, efficient solutions

Responsabilidades

• Recommend products, demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
• Consult customers on value-driven solutions
• Perform technical visits with documentation in the CRM and LIM systems
• Work with application equipment to enhance adhesive-related processes
• Leverage feedback to optimize customer service and identify new sales opportunities
• Report quality issues to CCMS/CAPRIS
• Drive customer experience via automated and remote interactions
• Identify opportunities for value creation using remote tools (AR, VR)
• May supervise lab work for samples and report results to customers
• Provide technical training for field sales and customers
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, PD, innovation and cross accounts; share learnings across accounts
