Job summary
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Test and Manufacturing Automation Engineer to develop and maintain customized automation equipment and software for global factories. You will work with R&D and operations to support New Product Introduction and improve efficiency and quality across production lines.

Qualifications
- BS or higher in engineering, physics, or related field.
- Proficiency in LabVIEW and programming languages listed (C++, C#, MATLAB, VB).
- CAD experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Inventor/Pro-E.
Responsibilities
- Maintain operations support with analytical mindset; work on quality data and corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and identify root causes; implement RCCA.
- Design and modify automated test/ manufacturing equipment; manage electrical schematics, CAD, test software, and SQL databases.
- Collaborate with R&D and operations to support NPI and improve efficiency/quality.
- Support Standard Work implementation and perform necessary quality checks.
