Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Test and Manufacturing Automation Engineer to upgrade, develop, and maintain automated test equipment and processes for global factories. You will work with R&D and operations to support new product introductions and improve efficiency, quality, and manufacturability across motor and gearbox related assemblies.

The role requires strong LabVIEW, C++, C#, Matlab, and CAD skills, with experience in data acquisition and SQL databases.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, Automation, Controls, or CS required.
5+ years of work experience in automation/controls.
Strong LabVIEW, C++, C#, Matlab, or VB experience.
CAD software design experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Pro/E).
Strong electrical, mechanical, and controls background to troubleshoot systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain/upgrade automated test and manufacturing equipment and software.
Troubleshoot root causes and implement corrective actions (RCCA).
Design/modify test equipment with electrical schematics, CAD, test software, and SQL databases.
Collaborate with R&D and operations to support New Product Introduction.
Provide feedback for manufacturability and testability to design teams.
Store test specs and Gauge R&R results in SVN.
