Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Engineer to design and execute control plans, audit adherence, and drive corrective actions within a fully onsite role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to update the QMS and lead gauge and inspection improvements across the manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Materials).
• 0–2 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (Intern/Co-op acceptable).
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes control plans and audits to ensure adherence to control plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve the Quality System.
• Improve gauges and inspection methods for better accuracy.
• Conduct quality audits and lead MSA studies (GR&R and machine capability).
• Lead quality improvements and corrective actions; work with suppliers and customers.
